Malpractice and Board Complaints – Let's Communicate

This session will be presented by one of the PLIT Trust Representatives (all veterinarians). Collectively, the Trust Representatives review every reported claim each year that alleges veterinary negligence. Attendees will learn about actual claim scenarios (including poor communication) and how to prevent the common scenarios that lead to malpractice allegations.
